Armed with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations, Sam first started working for a Yearbook Publishing Company where she assisted teachers, principals and students with creating yearbooks. She then joined a real estate team where she managed all incoming leads and followed up with all buyers and sellers to help increase conversions prior to obtaining her real estate license. Boasting of a strong negotiation background and great interpersonal skills, she enjoys and welcomes the chance to work with diverse people, deriving immense pleasure from delivering desired outcomes which serve as a basis for referrals by satisfied clients.
Most resourceful and industrious, Sam uses her creativity to offer staging advice and social media exposure which helps sellers target prospects while helping buyers discover what their true wants and needs are in their next/ideal home. Putting her clients’ interests first, she strives to be accessible and honest, genuine and kind in taking care of them. A wife and a mother of two, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her daughters’ schools, traveling as well as discovering new wines and socializing with friends.
