Hi, I’m Jen Stillwagon — Realtor® with The Motus Team at Real Brokerage, born and raised in Royal Oak and proud to call this area home. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Royal Oak, Troy, Berkley, Ferndale, and the greater Metro Detroit area.

With 22+ years in real estate (and a background in interior design), I help my clients see beyond what a home is—and recognize what it can become. I’m especially passionate about helping people find the right fit, not just the right house, because lifestyle, neighborhood energy, and long-term value all matter.

With thousands of conversations, showings, and negotiations behind me, I’ve seen just about everything—yet no two days (or deals) are ever the same.
